Misinterpretations
Use of written text or spoken word without video does not allow for verbal and body language cues that occur in face-to-face communication
Crisis Situations
Health E-Counselling is not available on a 24 hour basis and cannot provide immediate response to crisis situations. Should you be experiencing a crisis and require immediate help, please contact 911, a local 24 hour crisis response line, or attend directly at your local hospital emergency department.
