Lorral is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.  She obtained her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology in 2012 from Yorkville University.  She has her undergraduate degree in Psychology as well as a postgraduate diploma in Addiction Counselling.  In addition, Lorral is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and graduated in 2019.

Lorral has been in clinical practice since 1999 and has worked across the continuum of care, in hospital and community based settings, with various unique populations including those with high risk mental health issues, substance issues, mandated clients, pregnant, parenting, and postpartum women, cross-cultural populations, and family members.

Her personable style uses evidence based interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  She believes that we are all capable of achieving our personal growth goals in an environment that fosters self understanding and identification of our own inner strengths and problem solving abilities.

In addition to her online practice, Lorral is an online instructor for Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario for the Addictions Certificate program.  She is currently living overseas and provides in-person therapy in the Cayman Islands.
